As a child I was enrolled in the Girl Guides of Canada for many years and one of their motto’s is “Be Prepared”. It’s something I live by to this day as you never know what life or mother nature may bring; house fire, hurricane, power outage, flood, flat tire…the list is endless! Due to a recent house fire not very far from our own house in Fort McMurray that ended up taking the life of a beloved pet, we got to thinking “How can we enlighten & inspire people with pets to be prepared”
What are some things you that can make you “prepared”?
1)IDENTIFICATION – Make sure your pet it wearing a collar at all times. A tag attached to collar with a name & contact number on it is important in-case your pet decides to escape. These can be purchased at so many places as well…
